That’s why today, we’re excited to launch one of our most requested features – an iOS app for Merchants that lets you, the business owner, access your Belly loyalty program and customer data no matter where you are!
Our newly updated iOS app includes functionality that lets you access key metrics such as total customers, in-store visits and reward redemptions. View and edit your customers’ accounts by adding and removing points and making notes as needed.
In addition to tracking the success of your loyalty program right from the app, you can also set up Auto-Engage (our email marketing tool that automatically sends email campaigns to your customers based on their visit history). Auto-Engage allows you to run your marketing automatically, reactivating up to 10% of your lapsed customer base each month, and ensuring that 50% of first time customers who are typically lost, come back! We wrote about the launch of Auto-Engage and how to set up your offers in August. And now – it’s even easier from the app!
To access these features, just download the Belly app from the app store. If you already have the Belly app, you’ll want to make sure you’re running the latest version. From the menu, select “Merchant” to access this new functionality.
The updates to our mobile app further advance our mission of making businesses personal by allowing businesses like yours to connect with customers at optimal moments and on the devices they prefer.
