Belly Basics

  • Q: What is Belly?
    A: Belly is a universal loyalty program that offers unique and exceptional rewards to places you love. Simple as that.
  • Q: How do I become a Belly member?
    A: Pick up a card at any of our locations. “Tap to Belly” then just scan the barcode on the tablet and enter in your email address. If you don’t want to have another card in your wallet, you can download the mobile app for iPhone or Android.
  • Q: How do I earn points?
    A: Points are earned by scanning the barcode on the in-store tablet. Points are specific to each business and can only be used for redemption at that location.
  • Q: If I don’t have my card with me, how do I earn points for my visit?
    A: Belly with the email associated with your account. Just “Tap to Belly” and then “Check-in using email’ in the bottom corner of the tablet. For security reasons, you cannot get a reward when using your email address. Make sure you use your card or app next time!
  • Q: I lost my card. How do I get a new one without losing all of my points?
    A: Just pick up a card at any of our locations. Scan the card on the Belly tablet, enter in the same email address used for the previous account, tap “Get Belly” and then choose to link the accounts!

Account Info

  • Q: How do I change my password?
    A: Select “Don’t know your password?” from the Sign In screen or click here. Then enter the email address you used to sign up for Belly. Once you’ve done this, you will receive an email with a link. Click the link and enter in your new password twice for confirmation.
  • Q: I want to see all of the points I have earned at different stores. How do I do that?
    A: Super easy! Your points totals are available in the website and the mobile app. From the Belly website, Sign In and the first page you see will be your account page.

    From the iPhone or Android app, you can tap “My Stuff” to see a list of all the businesses where you have points. Always be sure to refresh this page by dragging down on the screen to make sure it show all your latest activity.

  • Q: I have been using a card but now I want to use the app. What do I do?
    A: Once you’ve downloaded the app, sign in using the same email address you registered to your Belly card and the password you set the first time you logged in online. Don’t have a password? No worries, you can create a new one through the app by clicking “I don’t know my password”.
  • Q: I have been using the app but I also want a card. Can I have both?
    A: Sure! Pick up a card from any Belly location, scan the barcode on the iPad, enter in the same email address use with your phone app, tap “Get Belly” then choose to link the two accounts!
  • Q: My points are not showing up on my phone app. What’s the deal?
    A: Make sure you refresh the “My Stuff” tab by dragging the screen down until you see the ‘Fetching Your Stuff’ spinner.

Redeeming Rewards

  • Q: How do I redeem rewards?
    A: At any Belly location, scan your card on the tablet like you normally would and you will see a list of rewards for that business. Rewards you can redeem show up in blue. Choose the reward you’d like to redeem, CONFIRM it, and show the nearest employee the confirmation screen!
  • Q: What happens to my point total after I redeem a reward
    A: The point value of the reward redeem is subtracted from the total. For example, if you have 20 points and redeem a reward for 20 points, then you will have 0 points at that business. If you have 20 points and redeem a reward for 15 points, you will have 5 points remaining at that location.
